​On December 5th, the Congressional Black Caucus Health Braintrust & the Congressional Caucus on Black Women and Girls - led by Congresswomen Robin L. Kelly, Yvette Clarke, and Bonnie Watson Coleman - held a briefing to discuss the disparities in Black Women's Reproductive Health. Panelists included as Dr. Regina Benjamin, Former US Surgeon General, Tanika Gray Valbrun, Founder of the White Dress Project, and moderator Brianna Battle from the office of Senator Ed Markey. The briefing brought together advocates, leaders, and experts to raise awareness and develop solutions aimed to reduce these disparities and improve the care of women.
